About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will act as an ambassador within our branches. You will focus on putting clients first, identifying their individual needs, and providing solutions. This role is designed for those looking to build a career in banking, potentially leading to future roles as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch to provide service, complete transactions, and identify opportunities for advice or digital solutions.
- Educate clients on digital tools and demonstrate how to use them effectively.
- Work with internal partners to ensure a unified team approach.
- Manage risks by following compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
- Resolve and prevent client banking issues through proactive ownership.
What you'll need#

- Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Willingness to learn financial concepts and pursue relevant industry certifications.
