About the role#
The ONE TD Intern/Co-op role is part of the TD Direct Investing Acquisition Team. You will gain experience in business strategy, financial modeling, and data analysis while supporting initiatives that drive business results. This position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Leverage existing source data to craft ongoing reporting on acquisition trends.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver regular sales effectiveness dashboards for front-line teams and executives.
- Lead modeling illustrative economics for key business initiatives.
- Design and build a multi-year roadmap of client referral opportunities and supporting business cases.
- Craft and deliver regular head office communications to front-line teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met within project timelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- High degree of numeracy, including experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience working with large, discrete data sets and designing analytics to surface insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Access.
- Highly developed presentation and communication skills.
