About the role#
J.D. Irving, Limited is hiring a Category & Shopper Development Co-op Student for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Toronto, Ontario. You will work directly with the Category & Shopper Development (CSD) team to support business needs through data analysis and project management.
What you'll do#
- Assist the CSD team in producing and analyzing key reports.
- Build analytical reports and presentations to support business requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets and share your findings.
- Develop actionable insights to improve performance by uncovering category trends and shopper behaviors.
- Lead a key initiative or project to present to stakeholders at the end of your term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Statistics.
- High academic achievement.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
