About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January to April. You will join the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer (CLAO) Shared Services Team. The group manages legal, compliance, enterprise strategy, and corporate real estate functions, while overseeing data governance and enterprise controls.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, design, and implement analytic development projects using internal tools.
- Participate in data validation and cleaning to maintain data integrity.
- Extract key data to meet specific system requirements.
- Ensure project activities stay within scope, budget, and time frames.
- Confirm that all project work follows established development standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution in computer science, mathematics, statistics, commerce, or business analysis.
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience or understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.
- Leadership acumen and a self-driven approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, methodologies, and data integration is an asset.

- This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- You must be returning to school after the work term or require this placement as a mandatory component for graduation.
