About the role#
As a Customer Service Representative Co-op with Investor Services Inc, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using our online channels. This role focuses on active listening and providing timely resolutions to client requests. You will work within a non-advice group to support client needs and ensure their experience reflects a bank that listens. This is a full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assess client needs accurately and provide timely resolutions.
- Complete client requests efficiently to respect client time.
- Refer clients to appropriate service groups or escalate to management when necessary.
- Make recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives.
- Navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors to resolve problems.
What you'll need#
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Online Brokerage systems and products.
- Ability to manage multiple software tools simultaneously.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada, including holding a valid work or study permit where applicable.
- Enrollment in Business Administration or a related field.
