About the role#
This is an 8-month AI Data Analyst co-op position with the RBC Borealis team. You will work within the AI Business Enablement group to identify and shape opportunities for machine learning and generative AI. This role focuses on measuring business value and tracking the adoption of AI solutions across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain dashboards that track usage patterns, feature adoption, and time-to-value for generative AI solutions.
- Deliver weekly insights to the Product and AI Business Enablement teams, providing recommendations based on usage data.
- Monitor external trends in generative AI tools to help contextualize internal adoption and identify new use cases.
- Engage with users to conduct qualitative research, documenting success stories and identifying barriers to adoption.
- Support rollout activities by creating measurement playbooks and assisting with post-go-live analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, specifically Python and SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
