About the role#
Join our Talent Acquisition team for a hands-on internship experience. You will work alongside professionals to gain practical skills in recruitment strategies, employer branding, candidate engagement, onboarding, and data analysis. This role offers a mix of structured tasks and dedicated time to lead an individual project that addresses real team challenges.
What you'll do#
- Participate in team meetings to learn about broader HR strategies and tools.
- Collaborate with mentors to define and lead an individual project initiative.
- Assist recruiters with daily talent acquisition activities.
- Support the recruitment team with onboarding processes and data analysis.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuit of a degree in marketing, commerce, or human resources.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in the province of hire.
- Working knowledge of both English and French to communicate with international colleagues and manage technical documentation.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a paid internship.
