About the role#
We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. You will act as a primary point of contact for employees, helping to build our people infrastructure as we scale from prototype to production. This is a full-time, paid, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Support internal programs and company events.
- Assist with the ongoing management of our internship program and onboarding processes.
- Help talent acquisition by managing scheduling and candidate communication.
- Contribute to a positive company culture and workplace experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s degree program in Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
- Intellectual curiosity regarding how to streamline processes for onboarding, offboarding, and internal programs.
- Coursework or project experience in people analytics, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology.

- Locations: Long Beach, California or Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $25 to $40 per hour.
