About the role#
As a member of the transmission housing team, you will contribute to ongoing research and continuous improvement projects. You will work under the guidance of experienced analysts to develop your expertise in transmission engineering. This role offers the chance to engage with complex technical challenges in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and characterization of segmented seals.
- Update process documentation, databases, and internal methodologies.
- Validate new analytical methods for transmission components.
- Gather data from maintenance and repair workshops.
- Assist with various research projects within the transmission housing team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Current pursuit of a degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with at least two years completed.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, as you will need to interpret technical plans and instructions while collaborating with international colleagues.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
