About the role#
As an intern at our Mirabel facility, you will work directly within our operations to gain hands-on experience in industrial engineering, project management, and continuous improvement. You will be supervised by experienced professionals and take part in projects on our assembly line, focusing on quality and lean manufacturing principles.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the optimization of production processes.
- Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and carrying out projects.
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency.
- Engage in 5S projects to improve the workspace.
- Assess production capacity and identify bottlenecks while proposing solutions for optimization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics, or operations management.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Working knowledge of both French and English to handle technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues or suppliers.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
