About the role#
The Customer First Centre provides technical and logistical support for aircraft engine maintenance and assists with grounded aircraft. As an intern, you will support the team by managing project components and contributing to functional areas. You will gain exposure to customer service, engineering, sales, finance, and engine repair operations.
What you'll do#
- Regularly verify the accuracy and completeness of case data within the CRM system.
- Generate and extract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction teams.
- Perform data calculations and contribute to monthly reports for management.
- Design and create dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update relevant data within CRM platforms.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship duration.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Current studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Functional knowledge of English is required to read technical documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- This is a paid, full-time internship. Successful candidates must pass a background check and obtain necessary authorizations for handling controlled goods.
