About the role#
Systems Security Engineering develops security solutions using cybersecurity, software assurance, and supply chain risk management. You will work on a team to support program protection for sensors, ground radars, and platform systems. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members and receive guidance from program experts.
- Develop approaches and solutions for assigned projects.
- Work across various engineering disciplines to meet program milestones.
- Complete technically challenging assignments to support national security.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced STEM degree program through the end of the internship.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required prior to starting.
- Motivation and a quick learning style.
Preferred qualifications include a major in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related STEM field. Experience with Python or MATLAB for automation and data analysis is helpful. Prior work experience with the company or an active DoD security clearance is also preferred.
