About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position based in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. You will join the Contracts and Business team to support commercial and military aerospace programs. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring a mix of onsite and offsite work. The term runs from January through August 2027, and you are expected to take a semester off from coursework to participate.
What you'll do#
- Solve complex aerospace contract issues alongside your team.
- Research, analyze, and document contract terms.
- Build and manage a database of contract information.
- Draft standard work procedures and customer proposals for returned materials.
- Maintain organized contract documentation.
- Ensure all work adheres to import and export compliance requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree program in Business, English, Pre-law, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 60 credit hours before the start date.
- Active enrollment status throughout the duration of the co-op.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
