About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work within the Finance and Accounting department to gain experience with our internal functions and technology. You will receive on-the-job training and supervision while contributing to strategic initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with specific accounting and finance projects under supervision.
- Use accounting software to prepare financial statements or variance reports.
- Adapt procedures and techniques to handle complex assignments.
- Resolve routine questions and problems as they arise.
- Exchange basic information with internal and external customers.
- Collaborate on an assigned project designed by Senior Finance Leadership.
- Create and deliver a formal presentation regarding your project.
- Operate standard office equipment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Declared Accounting major with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts, as well as reporting tools.
- Familiarity with professional office environments and standard equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and apply critical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
