About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Transfer Pricing practice. You will work with the Japanese Business Network (JBN) team to support global tax projects, learn professional methodologies, and gain exposure to international taxation.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in navigating complex global tax landscapes.
- Participate in projects focused on tax strategy optimization and risk minimization.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of consolidated tax returns for multinational clients.
- Research and analyze transfer pricing regulations to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development of intercompany pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the JBN to build cultural understanding and market insight.
- Gather information from various sources to identify patterns and analyze facts.
- Observe experienced professionals to learn firm practices.
- Seek feedback and ask questions to drive your own professional development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Typically in your third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.
- Business level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Japanese and English.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA (a 3.5 GPA is preferred).

- This is an on-site role based in Rosemont, Illinois, or New York, New York.
