About the role#
As an Audit Korean Business Network Intern, you will work on financial statement audits and gain experience with PwC methodologies. You will support teams by focusing on transparency and regulatory compliance for Korean business clients. This role is designed for those looking to develop their financial reporting skills while observing and learning from experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents for compliance with GAAP and GAAS.
- Assist in the application of auditing methodologies.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify financial trends.
- Collaborate with team members to document processes and maintain data quality.
- Use accounting skills to address complex transactions and reporting issues.
- Observe and learn from experienced auditors.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Business level fluency in both Korean and English.
- Ability to meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time.
