About the role#
As an Audit Intern at EY, you will gain a broad business perspective within our Assurance practice. What you'll do#
- Identify potential audit issues and unusual relationships in financial statements through detailed analytical trend analysis.
- Demonstrate professionalism while working in client environments and providing exceptional service.
- Operate effectively in a regulated environment to help protect capital markets and the investing public.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to provide definitive auditing services.
- Share value-added insights discovered through data analysis with our clients.
What you'll need#
- A predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with a strong academic record.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Completion of minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in your base office state prior to full-time employment, along with a plan for passing the CPA exam.
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to the EY office and client sites (a driver's license is strongly recommended).
- Candidates for the Government & Public Sector industry must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid. You will work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement.
