About the role#
The Tax Intern position is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Winter 2027 term. You will join our professional services team to gain experience across various tax disciplines, including business, individual, international, state and local, and transaction tax. This role is designed to provide exposure to complex compliance projects while you build your professional network.
What you'll do#
- Support a wide variety of tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Prepare tax returns for diverse entity types, ranging from private businesses to publicly traded companies.
- Assist with tax due diligence for clients.
- Collaborate with audit teams to assess whether tax accounts are appropriate for financial statements.
- Research tax code and write technical memos.
- Work on improving the tax effectiveness of supply chain structures.
- Develop and utilize a diverse network of colleagues across the firm.
What you'll need#
- Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to meet the educational requirements for CPA licensure in your base office state.
- A clear plan for passing the CPA exam.
- Excellent English language communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by client or project needs.
- Access to reliable transportation. A driver's license is strongly recommended.

This role operates on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to work in person at your assigned office 60% of the time. The position is available in the following locations:
