About the role#
As a co-op intern in the Tax Services group, you will join a diverse team focused on solving complex business challenges. You will gain hands-on experience by working with experienced professionals, learning how to navigate tax obligations, and contributing to important client projects. This role provides exposure to both corporate tax strategy and the integration of new technologies in a professional services environment.
What you'll do#
- Advise a diverse client base on tax planning, compliance, and corporate tax strategy.
- Help organizations optimize their tax position and manage associated risks.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to develop technical tax capabilities and business acumen.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex business issues.
- Contribute to the execution of key tasks, including the preparation and compliance of tax reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies with completion of CPA Canada prerequisite courses.
- Excellent proficiency in French is required.
- Interest in digital development and technological trends.
- Ability to adapt easily and manage shifting priorities.
- Legal eligibility to work for PwC Canada for the duration of the contract.
