About the role#
As a Design Co-op, you will contribute to the visual and functional development of products, packaging, and digital experiences. You will work across various design disciplines to support brand strategy and business objectives. This is a full-time, paid position based on a 40-hour work week.
What you'll do#
- Craft design solutions that support brand strategy and business objectives.
- Partner with creative leaders, agency partners, and marketers to influence brand and design strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, including landscape assessment, brainstorming, and content creation.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to execute designs for packaging, products, and digital contexts.
- Deliver innovation through the design pipeline, from initial ideation to final execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college program in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communications, Media Studies, Urban Planning, or Art.
- Creative Excellence: Strong aesthetics, visualization skills, visual storytelling, and creative resolution.
- Design Thinking: Experience with human-centered design, problem-solving, prototyping, and iterating.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in relevant design software, prototyping tools, and design processes.
- Presentation Mastery: The ability to tell a compelling story visually and verbally with a clear point of view.
Location & details#
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Term: Winter 2027 (approximately January through April).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $29 - $50 per hour.
