About the role#
We are hiring for a 4-month paid Analytics & Insights internship in Toronto. This role places you at the center of business decision-making, where you will use data to influence strategy, product innovation, and retail execution. You will work as an internal business strategy partner to ensure consumer and shopper insights drive our business forward.
What you'll do#
- Analyze consumer, customer, market, and business data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Develop clear, compelling stories that connect data to business action.
- Lead consumer research and analytics projects to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Sales, Finance, and R&D to solve business challenges.
- Use analytics tools to identify key business drivers and assess the impact of investments like advertising and promotions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or Economics.
- Planned graduation in mid-late 2028.
- No more than 3 years of prior full-time work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex information.
- Ability to start the role on May 3, 2027.
