About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Software Engineering Internship based in Anaheim, California, for the Summer 2027 term. You will join our team to work on complex problems within the aerospace and defense industry, helping us develop and support the future of powered flight.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to advance your software development skills.
- Integrate software with hardware systems.
- Maintain and use build processes, including makefiles and CMake.
- Contribute to technical solutions that support our aviation projects.
What you'll need#
- You must be a U.S. citizen.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM major.
- Experience developing in C++ within a Linux environment.
- Experience with Object Oriented Design and Development.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or bash.
