    About the role#

    The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern works with management and business teams to drive performance and support company initiatives. You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality analysis and reports to meet business needs and improve results. This role is based on-site in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, for the Summer 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Use financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, operational metrics, and emerging trends.
    • Design, develop, test, document, and implement reports using SQL and Microsoft tools.
    • Assist in the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly rolling forecasts.
    • Partner with business teams to evaluate opportunities and perform ad-hoc analyses.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate operational and financial results.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI are preferred.
    • Capability to learn new programs and software quickly.
