About the role#
As a Business Support Analyst Intern, you will act as a liaison between internal business units to improve processes and implement solutions. You will work to identify and resolve commercial technology challenges while supporting the broader goals of our business teams. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with business leaders to define commercial technology challenges.
- Organize and lead small groups to resolve system or business issues.
- Work with customers to document requirements and write project specifications.
- Coordinate with the Information Technology team to identify and develop solutions.
- Use desktop tools to provide programming and solution implementation.
- Evaluate return on investment for project requests.
- Define and test acceptance criteria for project completion.
- Lead training and knowledge sharing for new solutions.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a bachelor’s degree program for business, engineering, economics, computer science, or mathematics.
- Experience with Power BI, R, and Tableau.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
