About the role#
The CFO Leadership Development Program Internship offers students the chance to launch a career in biotechnology. You will join one of several groups within the CFO organization, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Risk Governance & Audit, Investor Relations, or Corporate Development & Strategy. This program is designed to provide real-world experience and potential evaluation for a full-time offer upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to high-impact projects that support the company mission.
- Gain cross-functional experience and exposure to senior leaders.
- Participate in professional development sessions, leadership presentations, networking events, and community volunteer programs.
- Showcase your work through a final presentation near the end of the assignment.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD, or PhD program, with continued full-time enrollment in the following Fall semester.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 10 to 12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.

- Compensation: Paid position ($20.00 - $55.00 per hour).
