About the role#
As a Real Estate Valuation Intern, you will join our team to support a diverse range of clients, including businesses, individuals, estates, and trusts. You will gain exposure to real estate valuation and analytics, including financial reporting, tax planning, and advisory matters. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other consulting teams, such as transaction advisory and risk advisory services.
What you'll do#
- Prepare real estate appraisals on various property types, including residential, multifamily, and industrial assets.
- Conduct research on market and property data using a variety of databases.
- Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis.
- Assist in developing valuation reports from start to finish and communicate conclusions to clients.
- Attend site inspections and client meetings to gather data pertinent to assignments.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team setting or autonomously.

- Modality: Hybrid, following a principally in-person model.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
