About the role#
This Portfolio Management Operations Internship supports the Customer Solutions Team in collections efforts across our properties. You will work from our Cincinnati office and report to the Senior Collections and Onboarding Specialist. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist on cross-functional projects with the accounting team to standardize data.
- Improve processes for data organization between departments.
- Update policy and procedure manuals for the collections and default teams.
- Monitor and assign help desk tickets.
- Organize and update tenant contact information.
- Coordinate the distribution of default notices to tenants.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program at a university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Majors in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Operations Management are preferred.
