About the role#
This internship provides a learning experience across a multi-course operation at Reynolds Lake Oconee. You will be assigned to a home course and gain exposure to various departments including maintenance, retail, tournament direction, and the Taylor Made Performance Lab. The program includes seminars on leadership and career advancement with senior management. We also assist with PGA-PGM education requirements through goal setting, study groups, and meetings with professionals.
What you'll do#
- Manage outside operations and tournament or corporate event facilitation.
- Handle par stock level reporting and visual merchandising.
- Conduct junior clinics.
- Oversee supply levels and rental club procedures.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for golf facilities.
- Maintain log books.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a PGA Golf Management or Sports Management degree program.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Greensboro, Georgia.
- The position is paid at $12 per hour, plus potential variable income from commissions and lessons.
