About the role#
This internship offers graduate students hands-on experience in Human Resources. You will join a team focused on talent management, people strategy, and operational support. Interns work on strategic projects, interact with employees across office and field sites, and receive guidance from managers and mentors throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects that improve talent management practices.
- Engage directly with employees in both office and field settings.
- Participate in on-the-job training assignments across areas like Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and Learning and Development.
- Receive continuous coaching from your manager.
- Present your project outcomes to senior business leaders at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program for Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or an MBA.
- Expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Availability for at least eleven continuous weeks during Summer 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 is preferred.
- Previous work experience in Human Resources or a related industry is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position with a bi-weekly range of $3,325.00 to $4,680.00, depending on degree type and graduation date.
