About the role#
As a Midstream Engineering intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that build your technical and professional skills. You will work alongside experienced engineers and collaborate with industry professionals to support our Midstream operations, which manage the delivery of crude oil, natural gas, and refined products.
What you'll do#
- Work side-by-side with experienced engineers on projects such as process optimization, equipment reliability, and emissions monitoring.
- Participate in continuous coaching conversations with your manager to receive feedback.
- Attend orientation, training events, and seminars to learn about company practices and technical tools.
- Give a final presentation to senior business leaders and stakeholders to share your project results.
- Engage in networking opportunities with other interns and professionals.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Completion of at least 30 hours of college credit.
- Expected graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of eleven continuous weeks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Houston, Texas.
