About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based in Plymouth, Minnesota. You will work with the Image Guided Therapy Devices business to support talent development and learning strategy. This role offers hands-on experience in a health technology environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of talent initiatives, including leadership development, onboarding, and intern programming.
- Coordinate learning programs, including managing registrations, surveys, events, and related communications.
- Create learning resources, facilitator materials, and job aids.
- Analyze program feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with learning technology and AI tools to contribute to digital learning and AI fluency initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development and cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Academic focus in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.

- Location: Plymouth, MN. You must reside in or within commuting distance to this office.
- Modality: Hybrid work environment.
- Term: Summer 2027.
