    About the role#

    This is a paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement (HEMAR) Global Leadership Team. The role involves applying your health policy or business training to projects that address real-world healthcare challenges across 18 distinct business units.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the analysis of reimbursement trends and review US regulations, including Medicare payment and coverage rules.
    • Research global reimbursement trends to help guide strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze secondary data regarding US payer trends and organize information from international markets.
    • Assist with market assessments for business investments, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
    • Manage projects independently with minimal guidance.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a B.S. or M.S. program in a health policy or business discipline.
    • An understanding of global healthcare systems.
    • Experience researching health policy considerations.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ACCESS database programs.
    • Ability to work independently on assigned projects.

    • Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid (requires in-office presence).
    • Employment: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.
