About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience within the Communications and Corporate Development team. You will support the team in shaping how the company shares its story with employees, consumers, media, and community partners. You will gain exposure to internal communications, digital media, executive messaging, and public affairs while contributing to projects that support the company mission.
What you'll do#
- Draft articles, announcements, presentations, newsletters, and emails for various audiences.
- Create multimedia assets, including graphics and videos, to support storytelling.
- Assist with executive and leadership communications.
- Plan and schedule content for social media channels while monitoring performance metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote company culture.
- Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and media analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to projects involving civil society organizations and community partners.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, People and Culture, and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Present project outcomes and insights to leadership at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Preferred fields of study include Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or Political Science.
- Experience creating content for social media, student organizations, or campus initiatives.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an hourly base salary range of $32-34/hour.
