About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations. You will partner with experienced sales leaders to execute business priorities within an assigned territory. The role provides insight into how strategic plans translate into marketplace results and how retailer relationships drive performance. You will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth.
What you'll do#
- Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
- Conduct competitive and market research.
- Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
- Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using data to generate business insights.
- Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
- Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of sales activities (up to 10 lbs. frequently, 20 lbs. occasionally, and up to 50 lbs. infrequently).
