About the role#
The Senior Fellow Program is an immersive management training experience for early-career professionals. Over 18 to 24 months, you will work directly with senior leadership, including the Office of the CEO, to help shape business strategy and advance the company mission. This is a hands-on role that requires active contributions and project ownership rather than observation.
What you'll do#
- Rotate into core business functions, including Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Commercial.
- Develop proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial decision-making.
- Craft executive-level communications and presentations.
- Manage projects with independence while navigating ambiguity.
- Support senior leadership on sensitive priorities with discretion.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Age 21 or older as of the start date.
- Financial acumen and prior exposure to budget planning or cost management are preferred.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
