About the role#
This summer internship offers graduate students the chance to own a finance analytics workstream within our U.S. Finance team. You will partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to address business challenges. The assignment may cover areas like financial planning, controlling, performance management, or consumer insights. You will work with minimal supervision to translate data into financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Lead a finance project from problem framing through implementation planning and stakeholder presentation.
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, and decision-support tools.
- Integrate and analyze financial, operational, and consumer data from various sources.
- Act as the primary finance contact for your assigned workstream.
- Evaluate existing finance processes, controls, and reporting tools to suggest improvements.
- Create executive-ready materials and present actionable recommendations to finance leadership.
- Track deliverables and assess outcomes against defined success measures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, or business-performance analysis.
- Knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently, resolve non-routine issues, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience with analytical, visualization, database, or automation tools is a plus.
