About the role#
The Human Resources Intern at Phi Group provides support to the HR department by working alongside HR Business Partners and Specialists. You will assist with administrative projects and engage with employees across various departments, including corporate offices, maintenance areas, and hangars. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth administration of HR policies and procedures.
What you'll do#
- Organize employee electronic and paper files to ensure accessibility.
- Assist with the new hire orientation process for all departments.
- Support the Employee Engagement and Refreshment Program.
- Manage job postings by creating, updating, and removing advertisements on job boards.
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and distribute company policies.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days.
- Assist with compensation analysis and prepare presentations for management.
- Update training amendments and track participant acknowledgments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities with an ability to apply thought to action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of curiosity and the ability to evaluate multiple, competing viewpoints simultaneously.
- Professionalism in all interactions.
