About the role#
As a Recruiting Intern, you will support the talent acquisition team in finding and attracting candidates for various roles. This position offers hands-on experience with the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing and candidate engagement. You will work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers to gain practical skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Manage job postings and maintain candidate data.
- Represent the company at career fairs and conduct outreach to colleges and universities.
- Build relationships with both candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Participate in special projects to improve recruitment processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
