About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work on industrial construction projects across the United States. You will work alongside experienced mentors and field teams to build leadership skills during a 15-week summer term. This is a full-time, paid position that requires travel to project sites throughout the lower 48 states.
What you'll do#
- Help manage industrial construction projects.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep work moving.
- Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFI's, submittals, and logistics.
- Build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Travel to various project sites to gain hands-on experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivation and a knack for solving problems.
- A high level of organization.
- Excitement about the prospect of traveling for work.

- Location: Fargo, North Dakota (with national travel required).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
