About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in industrial construction. You will work alongside experienced mentors and field crews on projects across the United States. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 that focuses on leadership development and practical project management skills.
What you'll do#
- Help manage industrial construction projects across the country.
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to keep projects on track.
- Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFIs, submittals, and logistics.
- Build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Travel to various project sites to gain experience in the field.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people.
- Organized, motivated, and eager to solve problems.
- Willingness to travel and experience projects in different locations.
- A curious, coachable mindset ready for professional growth.
