About the role#
The Technology Internship Program is a shared entry point for technology opportunities across Prudential and PGIM. Interns join either the Prudential Global Technology and Operations team or the PGIM Technology team. You will work on projects that solve business challenges, improve experiences, and support outcomes for customers and investors. Your specific placement depends on business needs, your interests, and interview outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support products, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze information, identify trends, and help solve business challenges using data and technology.
- Support the design, development, testing, or enhancement of applications, systems, and platforms.
- Contribute to automation, innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present ideas, analyses, project updates, or recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Ability to evaluate information, solve problems, and identify practical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and contribute in a team environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
- Demonstrated interest in how technology and data help solve business challenges.
- Relevant academic backgrounds include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, and Cybersecurity.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship. You must possess US employment authorization.
