About the role#
This internship program offers exposure to the teams and business activities that connect investors with PGIM. You will work alongside professionals to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the delivery of investment capabilities. Placements are determined based on business needs and candidate interests across areas such as client relationship management, business development, product strategy, and analytics.
What you'll do#
- Support institutional client relationships and investor communications.
- Conduct research on investment products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze information to support business recommendations.
- Assist with reporting, presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
- Present findings, recommendations, or project updates to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in financial markets, institutional investing, and asset management.
- Requisite US employment authorization, as sponsorship is not provided.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, and Statistics.
