About the role#
Peraton is building a pipeline of candidates for Contracts Administration roles, including summer internships for 2027 and 2028 graduates and entry-level positions for 2026 graduates. This role supports the intake, setup, and lifecycle management of contract awards and modifications within the company's Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. You will contribute to maintaining data accuracy, compliance oversight, and contractual workflow execution to support audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
What you'll do#
- Support the intake and setup of contract awards and modifications, ensuring all data elements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal service level agreements.
- Monitor key metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sub-Contracts Centers of Excellence and sector partners to support compliant and efficient NDA execution.
- Review contractual documentation to ensure proper configuration within the CLM system for audit preparedness and regulatory reporting.
- Assist with contract operations initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
What you'll need#
- US Citizenship is required.
- Currently pursuing or having completed an associate degree in Contract Management, or a BS/BA or MS/MA degree, preferably in Contract Management.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to data accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Ability to take a structured approach to tasks and provide proactive status updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with contract lifecycle management software.
