About the role#
This position supports the intake, setup, and lifecycle management of contract awards and modifications. You will contribute to the integrity and efficiency of contract operations by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness within Peraton’s Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role is part of a pipeline for both summer internship and entry-level opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support the intake and setup of contract awards and modifications, ensuring all data elements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal service level agreements.
- Monitor key CDM metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sub-Contracts Centers of Excellence and sector partners to support compliant and efficient NDA execution.
- Review contractual documentation to ensure proper configuration within the CLM system to support audit preparedness and regulatory reporting.
- Assist with contract operations initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
What you'll need#
- US Citizenship is required.
- Currently pursuing or having completed an associate degree in Contract Management, or a BS, BA, MS, or MA degree, preferably in Contract Management.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to take a structured approach to tasks while providing proactive status updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with contract lifecycle management software.
