About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position based in Reston, Virginia. You will work 40 hours per week from January 2027 through August 2027. You will join the Procurement team and handle tasks related to the subcontract lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support the full subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation, evaluation, award, administration, modification, and closeout.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other solicitation documentation.
- Review subcontractor proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with solicitation terms.
- Maintain accurate and complete subcontract files to support CPSR readiness and audit requirements.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, delivery schedules, and adherence to contractual obligations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university pursuing an AA/AS/AAS or BS/BA/BBA in Supply Chain or Contract Management.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
