About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Orlando office, supporting the Human Resources team with daily operations, projects, and employee communications.
What you'll do#
- Assist with research and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate onboarding, event planning, and training preparation.
- Maintain accurate databases and prepare scheduled or ad hoc reports.
- Provide support to employees and the HRPD team using our HRIS system.
- Answer employee questions regarding processes and systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer-focused relationships.
- Model our solution-provider and profitability culture.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic networking skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
