About the role#
Slifco Electric is looking for a Recruiting & Social Media Intern for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. You will work directly with our Director of Talent Acquisition to gain experience in a construction environment. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with various recruiting initiatives.
- Help conduct outreach at colleges.
- Support our employer branding efforts.
- Create content for our social media channels.
What you'll need#
- Current student status.
- Interest in recruiting, marketing, communications, or social media.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

- This role is based on-site in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
