About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Human Resources team in Milford, Massachusetts. This full-time, summer 2027 internship provides hands-on experience with recruitment activities including job posting, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process by drafting, posting, and maintaining job requisitions.
- Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Owners, Owner’s Project Managers, and Design Team members.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update data in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions.
- Track employee career development activities.
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports.
- Participate in employer branding and campus recruiting events.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Coursework in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition or the A/E/C industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
