About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Williamstown, Massachusetts. You will work on-site to support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents with the coordination and execution of construction projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project documentation, scheduling, and field operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with daily operations and assigned tasks.
- Process submittals and manage project information to keep work on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation.
- Attend project meetings and record accurate minutes.
- Track and inspect material deliveries on-site.
- Act as a flexible team player while communicating effectively with staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- A clear interest in construction management and the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team-oriented approach with high dependability and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
