About the role#
We are looking for a Construction Student to join our team in Orlando for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will support our project teams in the field and office. You will work directly with project managers, superintendents, and engineers to learn the construction process from the ground up.
What you'll do#
- Support Field and Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents with daily operations.
- Conduct safety and quality audits to ensure site compliance.
- Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including logging submittals, processing RFIs, and preparing reports.
- Assist with site surveying and project layout tasks.
- Maintain field drawings, equipment records, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors regarding material deliveries and site logistics.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes, memos, and contracts.
- Assist with estimating tasks and soliciting pricing from suppliers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with construction industry software and basic knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A valid Driver license.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Employment is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test.
