About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Rochester, Minnesota. The position runs from January 2027 through August 2027, with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. You will work on-site under the supervision of a Construction Manager to support various facilities projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the construction process across different project phases.
- Assist with project budgeting, scheduling, and work order management.
- Help with work planning, sequencing, and document control.
- Support contract administration and contractor management tasks.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 2-3 years of study in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Current enrollment with plans to pursue a Bachelor or Master degree.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75.
